This user study was an effort to understand how the picture and video taking attitudes of people are changing with the pervasiveness of cameraphones. In collaboration with a Sr. Yahoo! Researcher, we followed the following methods to collect data for this user study:

User Quotes
User 10: "I am using this cameraphone project as a little lens in my life to share with people I can't see very often."
User 6: "I prefer to be at the event than have a picture of it"
User 9: "The nice thing about cameraphone photos is that I can immediately send it to friends or
upload it on Flickr".
User 9: "I don’t bother with the videos much... If it was easier.. to upload, if it was easier to edit them.. I would probably do more of that. But as it stands I have hard enough time reducing the red eyes on certain photos. So, video processing is a bit more than I have time for".
