	Allow me to first start off noting that by no means do I consider myself a professional designer. Call it a hobby, an attempt to utilitize the artistic portion of my brain, or if you really, really don't like my designs, a complete waste of time. Whatever you call it, it's my collection and many designs are still being used at the Boalt Hall School of Law's Berkeley Center for Law & Technology. I was asked by my high school to post some of my many designs so that beginning designers could...well...likely steal my work. I suppose if you've got a physicological background, you may be able to gain some trite perceptive of my character...otherwise, just enjoy. If you are a U.C. Berkeley department or local non-profit organization and would like some design work on a voluntary basis, please feel free to send me an email. A website promoting group se7en's software application designed for the Nokia 3650. I was also involved in the brainstorming, creating an overview, a potential persona & scenario for this software concept.

		digital rights management
This (DRM) ground-breaking conference confronts the controversies surrounding digital rights management. The leading thinkers from industry, academia, government, and the nonprofit sector debate the future balance of content protection, fair use, and privacy. If interested, media from the conference is available.

		BCLT
The Berkeley Center for Law & Technology (BCLT) has also played an important role in public policy debates and education of public officials. I worked for BCLT from 2001 to 2003. The required deliverables for a dynamic site such as BCLT's included database management, integrated Javascript for useability, a Google interface, password-protected areas, and high-end multimedia distribution.

		enforcing privacy rights
In the last five years, privacy has become a pivotal issue in domestic and global debates on issues ranging from international trade, health care delivery, to Internet commerce. Even more recently, privacy has been at the forefront of a policy debate concerning the response to terrorism and the need for domestic security safeguards. I was happy to design this website for this important symposium, pro bono for the Samuelson Clinic.

		Intellectal Property in the new technological age
The Berkeley Center for Law & Technology (BCLT) and the Federal Judicial Center (FJC) hosted the 5th Intellectual Property in the New Digital Age Program in Berkeley, California. This three-day program featured an integrated set of lectures by BCLT's Directors and Distinguished Scholars, as well as judicial members and leading law practitioners and professors with particular experience in intellectual property.
