1. Net neutrality.  All traffic on a local ISP from to a consumer's PC
   should be treated equally.  [You may review other definitions.]

2. Directories and copyright.  Third parties should be allowed to copy
   works in order to automate construction of indices and directories
   to those works.  Groups E and H.

3. DMCA takedown rules.  The DMCA takedown rules need to be revised in
   order to require the party hosting content to identify copyrighted
   material.  Groups B and C.

4. Sirius-XM merger.  The Sirius-XM merger should be approved by the
   antitrust authorities.  Groups D and G.
