Talk:INFO 237 Fall 2009 Syllabus
From Brian's Wiki
Can I suggest moving this page so it is named something akin to the name of the course, rather than the course number? It'd help with browser history finding the page. Mikel 04:17, 29 October 2009 (UTC)
- We could create a page called "Intellectual Property Law for the Information Industries Syllabus" and then it could always redirect to the current syllabus. Would this solve the problem you experience? Brianwc 14:29, 29 October 2009 (UTC)
- Sounds reasonable. I'd still prefer it having the actual title of the course, but clearly my preferences are of little value here...thanks for setting up the other page though.
- Not sure I understand. The actual title of the course IS "Intellectual Property Law for the Information Industries" so the new page I created does contain the title of the course. I don't think I'm following you. Brianwc 16:17, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
- I mean I'd still prefer that the main page had the title of the course as its title rather than the less meaningful "INFO 237 Fall 2009 Syllabus." It's just because I rely on Firefox's Awesome Bar to find the course, and remembering 237 is harder than remembering "IP Law" or "Intellectual Property Law." No matter really though.
